We are now seeking to identify, and work with potential Creative Place Partners, who share our mission, vision, and values.

This programme will pilot two or three opportunities for a community partner(s) to match a Leap commissioning budget of up to £25,000. We will support partner organisations to commission cultural activity in their own localities through building the skills, capacity and infrastructure of partner organisations to enable them to lead their own local cultural support initiatives.

We want to collaborate with partner organisations operating at a local level in Bradford and Keighley who share our passion for community led culture.

We are recruiting a Heritage Development Manager

The Heritage Development Manager will work as part of The Leap team, delivering and managing a new programme of work focused on finding, funding and supporting community-led heritage projects with potential for major impact. This is a new partnership initiative led jointly by Bradford Council and The Leap to support community-led heritage projects via a grant scheme.

The Leap is looking for creatives to come forward and join a pool to support the work we are doing for Community Led Culture across Bradford and Keighley.

We're looking for a Community Development Manager to join our team.

This will be paid work on an ad-hoc basis helping us deliver The Leap mission over the next four years.

You may be just starting out or have many years’ experience in the following areas of work:

  • Arts practice across all artforms
  • Creative production
  • Events management
  • Illustration
  • Journalism / writing
  • Photography
  • PR / media campaigns and coverage
  • Social media campaigns
  • Social media content creation
  • Video / film / animation
  • Volunteer recruitment
